  • 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Cream shortening, margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs together.

    Blend together the flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt and add to creamed mixture.

    Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.

    Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
