- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Cream margarine and 1 1/2 cup sugar.

2Add eggs and beat well. Add flour and cream of tartar.

3Mix thoroughly and put in refrigerator overnight.

4Roll into balls the size of a walnut; roll in cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar mixed together.

5Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.

6Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
