  • 2 qt. GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce
  • 60 each leaf lettuce
  • 10 slices Medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
  • 1-3/4 gal. CARVING BOARD Ham Bulk with Natural Juices, shaved
  • 60 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process Swiss Cheese Slice

Directions

    For each serving: Spread each cut side of croissant with 1 Tbsp.

    of the bistro sauce.

    Place 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice, 3 oz.

    ham and 1 process cheese slice on bottom half of croissant; cover with top half of croissant.

    Serve immediately.

    Or, wrap individually and store in refrigerator up to 4 hours.
