- 1 c. soft margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 2/3 c. sifted flour
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Blend the shortening, sugar and eggs.

2Combine the flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.

3Add to the first mixture.

4Mix and shape into small balls.

5Roll in a mixture of 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

6Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields 5 dozen.
