- 2 egg yolks
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Bring to a boil over medium heat the egg yolks, milk, sugar and cornstarch.

2After it's thickened, remove from heat and add vanilla.

3Pour into graham cracker pie shell.

4Whip egg whites and sugar to a peak.

5Spread over filling.

6Place pie under broiler until golden brown.

7Refrigerate.
