  • 1/2 cups Margarine
  • 1/2 cups Crisco Butter Shortening
  • 1-1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Cream Of Tartar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2-3/4 cups Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Directions

    Mix margarine, shortening and sugar together. Gradually add eggs, one at a time and mix well. Mix in the cream of tartar, salt, and baking soda.

    Gradually add flour and mix.

    In a bowl, mix together the tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon.

    Roll the dough into balls and roll the balls in the sugar mixture.

    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes at 400F.
