- 2 egg whites
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In small saucepan, heat corn syrup until boiling.

2With electric mixer at high speed or with eggbeater, beat egg whites until they form soft peaks when beater is raised.

3Add salt slowly. Pour in syrup continuing to beat until frosting is fluffy and forms peaks.

4Fold in vanilla.

5This is a frosting for any cake.
