- 2 envelopes plain Knox gelatine
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 small container Cool Whip
- 1 medium angel food cake, broken into small pieces
- 1 can coconut (optional)
Directions

1Dissolve gelatine in cold water.

2Add hot water, sugar and salt.

3Dissolve.

4Add lemon juice and the pineapple and put in refrigerator for about 45 minutes.

5Take out of refrigerator and mix with large Cool Whip.

6Add mixture to broken angel food cake. Pour into long dish and spread out.

7Refrigerate overnight.
