  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • juice from 2 lemons
  • 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
  • 4 pkg. Dream Whip
  • 1 large round angel food cake, broken in small pieces

    Mix gelatine with boiling water; add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple.

    Let stand in refrigerator until firming begins.

    Beat 2 packages Dream Whip; fold into mixture.
