  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 angel food cake
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 4 Tbsp. cold water
  • coconut

Directions

    Soften gelatin in cold water.

    Add hot water; stir until dissolved.

    Add pineapple and sugar; chill until firm, about 1 hour.

    Mix Dream Whip as on package; add to gelatin mix.

    Layer in pan, starting with cake, Dream Whip mixture and coconut.

    Repeat. Chill overnight.
