Snowball Cake

Directions

   Combine unflavored gelatin with 4 tablespoons cold water.

   Add boiling water and 1 cup sugar.

   Add to gelatin mixture; stir until dissolved.

   Blend into mixture the crushed pineapple and juice of 1 lemon.

   Chill until consistency of egg whites.

   Prepare as directed the Dream Whip.

   Fold into gelatin mixture.

   Break the angel food cake into small pieces and fold into gelatin mixture. Put into a large mixing bowl and chill overnight.

   Turn onto platter and frost with 1 envelope of Dream Whip, prepared according to directions.

    Then sprinkle Angel Flake coconut over cake.
