  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can whipped cream
  • 1 pkg. coconut flakes
  • 1 box vanilla wafers

Directions

    Mix sugar, eggs, margarine, nuts and pineapple together.

    In a round dish, make a layer of vanilla wafers (place 3 on top of each other).

    Spread mixture on wafers.

    Top with whipped cream and garnish with coconut.

    Let set in refrigerator overnight.
