  • 1 c. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 c. pecan bits

Directions

    Cream butter, sugar and salt until fluffy.

    Stir in flour and nuts.

    Roll into balls, about 1 teaspoon of dough for each cookie. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Do not overbake.

    Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.

    Makes 3 dozen cookies.
