- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip nondairy whipped topping
- 24 prepared unfrosted cupcakes
- 3 (7 oz.) pkg. Baker's Angel Flake coconut (about 8 c.)
- 2 sq. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted (optional)
Directions

1Beat the cream cheese, sugar and milk in a bowl with wire whisk until smooth.

2Gently stir in whipped topping.

3Hold cupcakes, top side down, in palm of hand.

4Spread whipped topping mixture on bottom and sides.

5Press coconut onto frosting.

6Place cupcakes, top side down, on serving platter. Drizzle with melted chocolate.

7Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

8Store any leftover dessert in refrigerator.
