  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. whipped cream or commercial substitute
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. nuts

Directions

    Combine lemon jello with hot water, stirring until jello is dissolved, then add pineapple juice.

    Cool until consistency of syrup.

    Whip and add cottage cheese, crushed pineapple and nuts. Mix and fold in whipped cream or commercial substitute.

    Put in a 9 x 9-inch pan.

    Serve on lettuce.
