   Pour water to 1/8 mark in measuring cup.

   Fill the rest with flaky soap (Ivory, Dreft, etc.).

   It will be thick.

   Mix until smooth.

   Add food color to desired colors.

   Stir until blended. Pour or scoop mixture into favorite plastic cutter shapes.

   Put tray in warm dry place for 2 to 4 days until hard.

   Place in tub, sink or pool.
