  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Mix ingredients until creamy.

    Pour half of the mixture in pan and spread cinnamon and brown sugar on top.

    Pour rest of mixture on top.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    When cake is slightly warm, top with a powdered sugar glaze.
