Soda Cracker Cake

   Crush crackers, mix crumbs, sugar and nuts together.

   Beat egg whites until fluffy.

   Mix with cracker mix.

   Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Bake at 325° until brown.

   Cool completely.

   When cool, cover with a layer of Cool Whip, a layer of pineapple and a layer of coconut.

   Chill and serve.
