    To 3 egg whites beaten stiff add 1 cup sugar slowly, saltine crackers, baking powder and vanilla.

    Fold together.

    Pour in buttered 9-inch pie pan.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

    Top with ice cream or frozen fruit.
