Soda Cracker Pie

   Crush crackers.

   Beat 3 egg whites stiff and add sugar, baking powder, and vanilla; mix.

   Add pecans.

   Fold in crackers.

   Pour mixture into 9-inch greased pie plate.

   Bake 40 minutes at 300°. When cool, refrigerate.

   Serve topped with Cool Whip.
