  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 12 soda crackers
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • crushed fruit
  • whipped cream

    Beat egg whites stiff.

    Gradually add sugar, baking powder and vanilla.

    Roll soda crackers until fine.

    Add to mixture.

    Stir in nutmeats.

    Spread in buttered baking dish.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

    Cool.
