Ingredients
- 5 3/4 to 6 3/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. instant dry milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/3 c. soft margarine
- 2 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix with mixer.

2In large bowl, thoroughly mix 2 cups flour, sugar, salt, dry yeast and margarine.

3Gradually add water and beat 2 minutes, scraping bowl.

4Add 3/4 cup flour and beat on high speed 2 minutes.

5Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough, not too stiff.

6With a spoon take out and put on a floured board and knead until smooth.

7Put in a greased bowl and grease top; let rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.

8Punch down; let rise again.

9Make buns, let rise and bake at 375° until brown and done, 25 to 30 minutes.
