- 1 small (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 c. canned, drained tomatoes
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated or cubed
- corn tortillas
Directions

1Saute chilies in fat.

2Add onions, garlic, sugar and tomatoes. Simmer for about 1 hour.

3Just before serving, add evaporated milk and cheese.

4Heat until cheese is melted.

5Dip tortillas in sauce; roll up and place in baking dish.

6Pour remaining sauce over the top and serve.
