Soft Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 c. flour

Directions

    Combine water, yeast and sugar; stir until dissolved.

    Set aside.

    Mix instant pudding according to package directions.

    Mix margarine, eggs and salt and add to pudding, then add to yeast mixture.

    Add flour and knead until smooth.

    Place in a greased bowl.

    Cover and let rise until double.

    Punch down; let rise again.

    Roll out and spread with 2 tablespoons melted margarine. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

    Roll up and cut in about 1-inch slices.

    Place in greased pans and let rise until double again.

    Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes.
