  • 1-3/4 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp. TANG Orange Flavor Drink Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup oil

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Mix flour, drink mix, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl; set aside.

    Beat egg, milk and oil in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

    Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.

    (Batter will still be lumpy.)

    Spoon evenly into 12 greased (2-1/2-inch) muffin cups, filling each cup two-thirds full.
