  • 1 lb. ground pork sausage
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 12 medium size flour tortillas
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
