  • 2 slices crumbled bread
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt (may omit)
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 c. cooked tomatoes or juice
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

    Fry to desired doneness. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon over each patty.
