- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
- coarse salt
Directions

1Thaw and soften bread dough.

2Divide into 16 equal pieces. Roll into a rope 15 inches long.

3Twist each rope into pretzel shape.

4Place on greased cookie sheet.

5Beat egg and water.

6Brush pretzels with egg mixture and sprinkle with salt.

7Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
