Super Duper Spinach

Directions

   Cook and drain 3 packages of chopped spinach.

   Mix with 1 package onion soup mix and the sour cream.

   Bake in buttered casserole for 20 minutes at 350°.

   May be topped with canned onion rings at last minute.
