- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 lb. sole fillet
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/3 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. herb stuffing mix
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Melt 1/4 cup of butter; saute celery and onions.

2Stir in stuffing mix, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3Cut each fillet to make 8 to 10 pieces.

4Place in a greased pan.

5Top each with stuffing mixture.

6Melt remaining butter and add dill.

7Pour sauce over each fillet.

8Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.
