- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
Directions

1In a skillet brown the chicken with oil on high heat. Season with salt and pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
