  • 1 lb. ground round
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can green chili salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 c. ketchup (hot)
  • 1 large can red kidney beans, rinsed and mashed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown the ground round, onion and bell pepper.

    Add salsa, chili powder, ketchup and salt.

    Add kidney beans and cheese. Heat at 350° for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
