- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Chinese noodles (regular size)
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion.

2When almost done, add rice. Boil celery and water for 5 minutes.

3Combine with beef mixture in a bowl.

4Add soy sauce and soups.

5Place in casserole.

6Top with Chinese noodles.

7Bake 1 hour at 300°.

8Can be made day before; don't add noodles until ready to bake.
