- 14 cup butter
- 1 medium onion, chipped
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 12 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 13 cup flour
- 12 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- cooked wide egg noodles or spinach noodles
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet and saute onions, celery, and mushrooms.

2Add chicken and saute for an additional 5 minutes.

3Sprinkle with flour and stir in juice then the broth.

4Continue stirring until sauce is thickened and bubbling.

5Add lemon juice and sour cream and mix well.

6Stir and heat until bubbling.

7Season to taste with salt and pepper.
