  • FOR THE HONEY SYRUP:
  • 1/2 ounces, fluid Water
  • 1/2 ounces, fluid Honey
  • FOR THE COCKTAIL:
  • 1-1/2 ounce, fluid Rye Whiskey (Sonoma Distilling Company)
  • 1/2 ounces, fluid Yellow Chartreuse
  • 3/4 ounces, fluid Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 ounces, fluid Honey Syrup
  • 2 dashes Celery Bitters
  • 1 sprig Celery, For Garnish

    Mix warm water and honey until well incorporated.

    Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a bucket glass. Add fresh ice and celery sprig garnish.
