- 4 ounces white cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1 large tomatoes, sliced thin
- 8 large fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil or 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1Place bread on a baking sheet and broil 1 to 2 minutes, on each side, to toast.

2Top with cheese slices and broil until cheese begins to melt, 1 to 2 minutes; remove from oven.

3Top with slice tomato and basil leaves.

4In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and oil; sprinkle over toasts.

5Garnish with chopped basil or parsley.
