  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. warm water
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. lard or shortening
  • 1 pkg. regular dry yeast

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water.

    Mix dry ingredients together; stir into yeast.

    Cut in shortening.

    Roll dough out onto floured surface to 1/4-inch thick.
