  • 2/3 pound rockmelon diced
  • 1 1/8 cups pears Green, soft & diced
  • 7/8 cup caster sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 egg white

Directions

    Place in food mixer frozen Rockmelon and Pear,

    Add 1/2 Lemon juice then mix.

    Stop mixer then place rest of lemon juice and mix
  4. 4
    Add egg white and mix until combined
