  • 1 lb. potatoes
  • 1/2 lb. sorrel
  • 1 large leek
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 c. water or chicken broth

Directions

    Boil potatoes, sorrel and leek in water or broth.

    Place in blender when cool.

    Add cream and salt and pepper to taste.
