- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. pork loin
- water
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 4 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 large (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place pork loin in a 4 to 6-quart covered stockpot and cover with water.

2Cook until meat is tender; cool slightly and slice or cube as desired.

3Place the meat and vegetables in the remaining broth and add the V-8 juice.

4Simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve with crackers and/or cornbread.
