  • 500 g self raising flour
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 1 (50 g) packagewhite onion soup
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

    Mix the self-raising flour, buttermilk and white onion soup together.

    Put the dough into a buttered bread pan.

    Cover with the grated cheddar.

    Bake for 45 min until a knife can be inserted and pulled out without any dough sticking to it.
