- 1 1/2 qt. water
- 6 bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 1/4 c. cubed potatoes
- 20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed broccoli and cauliflower
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Boil the bouillon cubes in the water until cubes are dissolved. Add raw vegetables to chicken broth. Boil for 15 minutes or until tender. Stir in frozen vegetables.

2Stir in the soup, then the cheese.

3Heat until the cheese melts, stirring frequently.

4Keep over low heat as it will scorch easily.
