- 1 large bunch fresh broccoli, cut up
- 2 c. diced carrots
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook the broccoli for 5 minutes.

2Drain.

3Cook the carrots for 10 minutes.

4Drain.

5In a buttered 2-quart casserole arrange a layer of half the broccoli then a layer of 1/2 the carrots. Repeat.

6Cover the vegetables with the undiluted mushroom soup. Top with the grated cheese and bread crumbs.

7Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.
