  • 1/4 to 1/2 c sugar
  • 4 apples
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • (you can adjust the sugar down to 1/4 cup since the apples are sweet anyway and use 1/2 & 1/2 insteaed of heavy cream)
