- 12 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 12 teaspoon coriander seed
- 12 cup tamarind juice
- 400 g eggplants
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- salt
- 2 tablespoons oil

1Cut the brinjal in round pieces.

2Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds and coriander seeds.
