  • 1 teaspoon red chile, roughly chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 12 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 12 teaspoon coriander seed
  • 12 cup tamarind juice
  • 400 g eggplants
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Directions

    Cut the brinjal in round pieces.

    Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds and coriander seeds.

    Add brinjal and onions to it and stir fry.
