  • 4 c. biscuit mix (Pioneer works best)
  • 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 3/4 c. Sprite or 7-Up

    Cut sour cream into biscuit mix.

    Add Sprite or 7-Up.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Knead dough well.

    Roll or cut biscuits.

    Place in oiled pan (an iron skillet makes great biscuits).

    Dip tops in oil before placing in pan.

    Bake at 425° to 450° for about 15 to 20 minutes.
