  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 container sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. self-rising cornmeal

Directions

    Blend first six ingredients.

    Add cornmeal.

    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 375° to 400° for 45 minutes.
