- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 container sour cream (8 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. self-rising cornmeal
Directions

1Blend first six ingredients.

2Add cornmeal.

3Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 375° to 400° for 45 minutes.

4Bread is done when toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
