  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 12 cup creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash fresh ground pepper
