- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2In large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

3In a medium bowl, beat together the egg, milk and margarine.

4Add egg mixture and sour cream to flour mixture.

5Stir just until blended.

6Pour mixture into an 8-inch square baking pan, coated with vegetable cooking spray.

7Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
