  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 (9 oz.) small can cream-style corn

    Bake in greased pan at 400° for 10 minutes on bottom rack and 10 minutes on top rack.
